ORLANDO, FL, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Author, speaker and executive mentor Carol Register is expanding her published body of work with contributions to two leadership anthologies released on consecutive days in September 2026: Leadership Anthology, Volume 1, an official publication of The Los Angeles Tribune, released September 14, and IMPACT Volume Three: Inspiring Motivational Powerful Acronyms for Cognitive Thinking, released September 15.

The two releases bring Register’s work to audiences alongside a broader collection of international leaders, authors and speakers while advancing themes central to her work as creator of The Neurowealth Method™: the relationship between identity, leadership, wealth and lasting personal transformation.

Register’s chapter in The Los Angeles Tribune’s Leadership Anthology, Volume 1, titled “Identity Is the Source. Leadership Is the Expression,” examines the idea that leadership begins with identity, and that lasting changes in how people lead require looking beneath behavior and strategy to the subconscious beliefs shaping both.

“Leadership is an expression of who we believe ourselves to be before it ever becomes something other people see,” said Register. “When identity changes at the subconscious level, the way we lead, make decisions and respond to opportunity changes with it. That is the conversation I wanted to bring to this anthology.”

The chapter builds on Register’s growing relationship with The Los Angeles Tribune’s leadership platform. She was introduced to Los Angeles Tribune CEO Moe Rock at Digifest in April and was subsequently invited to speak at the organization’s Leadership Week Summit in May 2026, where she was interviewed following Happy Money author Ken Honda. Register has since been invited to contribute to six additional anthologies in the series and to return as a speaker on November 20 at the Art of Living Center in downtown Los Angeles.

Her second September release, IMPACT Volume Three, is curated by Lady Jen Du Plessis and features contributions from leaders in business, entrepreneurship and personal development, including Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Sharon Lechter, Marie Diamond, Erik Swanson and Greg S. Reid.

Register’s contribution, “FAIL: First Attempt in Learning,” explores how failure can fuel growth once it is understood as information. The chapter examines how changing the beliefs and subconscious programming attached to failure can change the way people respond to setbacks and move forward.

“When you change the programming, you change your reality,” Register writes.

For Register, the two publications are part of a growing body of work spanning books, speaking, media and executive education. Her work centers on the relationship between identity, neuroscience, leadership, wealth, subconscious programming and nervous-system safety, with The Neurowealth Method™ providing the underlying framework. Register is carrying those ideas across distinct platforms and audiences, with each publication and appearance building on the last.

Register developed The Neurowealth Method™ from her own experience of achieving professional success while recognizing that financial achievement alone did not resolve patterns rooted in fear, identity and survival. Her work now applies neuroscience, subconscious transformation and leadership principles to help accomplished entrepreneurs and executives examine how those internal patterns influence wealth, decision-making and their capacity for continued growth.

“The opportunity to write across multiple publications gives me room to explore these ideas from different directions rather than trying to fit an entire body of work into one conversation,” said Register. “Leadership, wealth, identity and fulfillment are deeply connected, and I want each contribution to add another layer to that larger discussion.”

Register’s expanding work as an author coincides with continued growth across speaking and media. In 2026, she launched The Carol Register Show on YouTube and continued her roles with the Unleashed & Unstoppable podcast and the Movie Reviews & More media network. She also leads invitation-only transformational experiences at La Colina Retreats, her private estate in the Andes Mountains of southern Chile, where nature immersion and nervous-system regulation provide a setting for guests to step away from habitual patterns and examine the subconscious beliefs influencing their lives, leadership and relationship with success.
