Pioneer Energy to Showcase Field Gas Conditioning Solutions at Permian Power Conference; CEO Eyal Aronoff to Speak on Oilfield Electrification and Midstream Power

Pioneer Energy announced today that it will be attending the Permian Power Conference next week, where the company will showcase its growing portfolio of field gas conditioning and hydrocarbon processing technologies designed to support oilfield electrification, distributed power generation, behind-the-meter data centers, and lower-cost energy solutions for upstream and midstream operators.

As power demand across the Permian Basin continues to accelerate, operators are increasingly looking for practical ways to utilize available field gas to power operations, support electrification initiatives, and reduce dependence on diesel fuel, CNG, and costly grid infrastructure. Pioneer Energy’s Pegasus™ family of field gas conditioning systems helps operators convert raw field gas into reliable, high-quality fuel suitable for engines, turbines, generators, frac fleets, and other power applications.

Pioneer Energy CEO Eyal Aronoff will participate in a conference panel discussion focused on Oilfield Electrification and Midstream Power, where industry leaders will examine the challenges and opportunities surrounding power infrastructure, energy reliability, and the growing role of natural gas in supporting the next generation of oilfield operations, including the colocation of behind-the-meter data centers.

“The conversation around oilfield electrification is rapidly evolving,” said Aronoff. “Operators are realizing that the value in utilizing their field gas on or close to the production site is higher than the sales value of that gas. This is doubly true for behind-the-meter applications such as powering oilfield operations, frac fleets, and of course, powering modular data centers on location.”

At the conference, Pioneer will highlight its Pegasus™ field gas conditioning systems, including solutions designed for:

  • Oilfield electrification

  • Frac fleet fueling

  • Vapor capture, flare gas utilization, and OOOOb compliance

  • Behind-the-meter data center and computing applications

The company’s cloud-enabled modular Pegasus systems are designed to process raw field gas streams and tank vapors into consistent, engine-quality fuel gas while accommodating a wide range of input gas pressure, operating conditions, and gas compositions.

Pioneer will also feature its Titan™ vapor pressure management technology, which helps operators stabilize crude oil, maximize liquids value, and improve gas quality while supporting lower-emission production operations.

Conference attendees are encouraged to visit the Pioneer Energy booth to learn more about the company’s technologies and discuss solutions for field gas utilization, power generation, and emissions reduction.
