Alight appoints Bruce E. Wolfe as Senior Vice President, Wealth Solution Leader

Alight, Inc. (NYSE: ALIT), a leading benefits administration provider of health, wealth and leave solutions, today announced that Bruce E. Wolfe, CFA, has been named Senior Vice President, Wealth Solution Leader, effective September 14, 2026. As a member of Alight’s Executive Leadership, Bruce will lead Alight’s wealth strategy within Alight’s integrated benefits operating system that helps employers simplify complexity and deliver more personalized benefits experiences for their people.

“Bruce is a respected leader in the retirement and asset management industry, and his appointment completes a leadership team built to deliver a more connected and engaging benefits experience,” said Rohit Verma, CEO, Alight. “Alight is the only provider with truly integrated benefits across health, wealth and leaves, uniquely positioning us to simplify complexity for employers and their people. This appointment also reflects our commitment to growing our wealth business, and Bruce’s experience — paired with our position as an independent record keeper — strengthens our ability to deliver unbiased advice that helps people build more secure financial futures.”

Bruce’s appointment completes the Solution Leader structure Alight began building earlier this year with the appointments of Karen Frost as Senior Vice President, Health and Navigation Solution Leader, and Kevin Curry as Senior Vice President, Leaves Solution Leader. Together, this team will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, innovation and go-to-market execution across Alight’s health, navigation, leave and wealth portfolios—advancing the company’s vision of a unified benefits operating system that delivers a connected experience designed around the needs of employers and their people.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Bruce has built and scaled retirement and asset management businesses as a senior executive across some of the industry’s leading organizations. Most recently, he served in senior leadership roles reporting to the firm’s Global CEO at Insight Investment (a BNY affiliate) and leading the development and launch of the firm’s first U.S. retail retirement income platform. Earlier, Bruce served as a Managing Director at BlackRock, where he was initially COO of the firm’s $500 billion AUM U.S. and Canada Defined Contribution business and later Founder of the BlackRock Retirement Institute. Prior to BlackRock, Bruce was a Managing Director at Allianz Global Investors, reporting to the Global CEO and COO, where he led enterprise-wide business and retirement initiatives across a $2 trillion AUM global organization.

Throughout his career, Bruce has helped pioneer several important retirement industry innovations, including co-founding the first global Behavioral Finance Center and building a retirement income and decumulation platform that brings together investment annuities and technology for the individual investor. His thought leadership credentials also include serving on the Advisory Board of the Retirement Management Journal, contributing to The Wall Street Journal on retirement industry topics and appearing on Bloomberg Television.

“Alight has a unique opportunity to redefine how employers empower their people to build greater financial security and confidence by bringing retirement, workplace wealth and financial wellbeing together through a single, connected, AI-supported experience,” said Bruce. “I’m excited to expand Alight’s strong foundation combining its scale, data and technology with new solutions and partnerships that deliver a more personalized experience that drives better outcomes for employees and greater value for employers.”

Bruce joins Alight at a time when employers are increasingly looking for integrated approaches to benefits that improve engagement, simplify decision-making and deliver better outcomes across the employee lifecycle. His experience leading retirement, workplace wealth and institutional investment businesses complement Alight’s continued investment in technology, AI-powered experiences and data-driven insights that help clients deliver more personalized financial wellbeing.
